Goals of this working group are:
• Promote the engagement of EC employees in IFAR organizations and broaden participation of early
careers across skill sets and cultures,
"ICAS-IFAR Award" is a jointly established award by the International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences (ICAS) and the International Forum for Aviation Research (IFAR) to honor an individual who has made significant contribution to Aeronautical Science with his/her doctoral thesis.
IFARLink is a communication and database platform for the use of IFAR members and affiliated universities. It aims to improve the international interaction among students, PhD students and scientists in the field of aviation.

The 13th IFAR Summit took place in Prague from 17th to 20th October and was hosted by VZLU.

The 12th IFAR Summit 2021 was hosted by the Lukasiewicz Institute of Aviation (ILOT), Warsaw, which is celebrating its 95th anniversary this year and was to take place from 18th to 21st October 2021. The chosen summit theme was Sustainable Aviation.
