Description

From September 10-11, 2024, The Aerospace Test and Development Show will bring together manufacturers of aerospace components, complete aircraft, space exploration vessels, urban-and inter-urban passenger drones, and air-defence systems to discuss and showcase technologies, techniques, and services that will reduce product failure, decrease product development cycles and costs, and improve performance and reliability.

The international exhibition takes place in Toulouse, the European heartland of aviation research and development, and will be feature an expected 100+ of the world’s leading test and development tools, technologies and services.

13th IFAR Summit in Prague, 17th to 20th October 2022

The 13th IFAR Summit took place in Prague from 17th to 20th October and was hosted by VZLU.

The 12th IFAR Summit 2021 was hosted by the Lukasiewicz Institute of Aviation (ILOT), Warsaw, which is celebrating its 95th anniversary this year and was to take place from 18th to 21st October 2021. The chosen summit theme was Sustainable Aviation.

A hyperspectral camera ASPECT developed by VTT is on board the European Space Agency (ESA) space mission, Hera, to test the deflection technology of potentially hazardous asteroids. The Public Authorities Board of the Chips Joint Undertaking (EU Chips Act) has decided to fund European semiconductor pilot line proposals.
