The aim of this working group is to establish a common vision on goals for a mitigation of climate impacts in aircraft development and to develop collaborative methods for digital design of climate compatible aircraft.

 Its objective is to collect and exchange information on research programmes focusing on sustainable aviation to identify promising areas of collaboration between members within a particular area.

To do so, the Working Group has created a report clustering the information on programmes exchanged by the members and organized around the topics identified by the main players in the Industry (CTO Declaration, LeBourget, 2019). Furthermore, the working group organizes technical workshops to discuss identified topics of synergy between partners to foster collaborations.
