Goals of this working group are:
• Promote the engagement of EC employees in IFAR organizations and broaden participation of early
careers across skill sets and cultures,

• Support the IFAR mission to connect EC employees in the global aviation community to identify new
opportunities for cooperation and collaboration among its members,

• Provide opportunities for the professional growth of early career employees from all disciplines
within IFAR member organizations.
• Work on Collaborative Design activities to ensure Networking, Education, Information Exchange,
Education and Communication
